Therefore, it is necessary not only to explain the goals, plans and strategies of Chinese modernization at the level of propaganda and interpretation, but also to build an independent knowledge system about Chinese modernization at the level of academic innovation, so as to bring together ideological and academic forces and provide strong intellectual support for promoting Chinese modernization.
